 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU All level Gi-Jiu-Jitsu

 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm KICKBOXING CONDITIONING

 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm FIGHT TEAM DRILLS & SPARRING (full gear required)

 6:00 am- 7:00 am KICKBOXING CONDITIONING

 11:00 am – 1:00 pm PRO TRAINING

 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm MUAY THAI,  All LEVELS  (gear required)

 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm No-Gi BJJ

 6:30 pm– 7:30 pm FOCUS MITT 

 7:30 pm- 9:00 pm MUAY THAI, LEVEL 2 (gear required)
